In a global pandemic

In these unprecedented times, our working practices have had to adapt to new, challenging circumstances. Whilst we cherished the personal contact and communication that came from sitting and talking in a sitting room – we also believe that most people have now adapted to the new forms of digital communication. 

We are experienced in managing interviews on Zoom, and can provide technical support for anyone who doesn’t feel confident using computers. Alternatively, we can also conduct interviews over the telephone.

Telephone and digital interviews can be a little more tiring than face to face work, but they also mean that we have more flexibility to stagger the sessions at a pace that suits the person being interviewed. We can discuss this at our first ‘meeting’ and adapt as we go along. Our aim is to make the experience as enjoyable, safe and fruitful as possible.
